Everyone looks for a community with which to belong. We recognize that God knows us by name and desires for us to be part of a community. As members of the universal Church, we hope to be a witness to the self-sacrificing love of Jesus Christ who lived, died, and rose again, so that we could live freed and forgiven. We know we are imperfect people serving a loving God. We bring ourselves, our talents, prayers, resources, hopes and dreams to worship and work in the community and world. If you are hoping to become part of a local church, as expressed here at First Presbyterian, then please contact our church office to discuss the details of membership.

I am writing with great enthusiasm about my desire to become a member of First Presbyterian Church. The teachings and sense of community that I’ve experienced during my visits have deeply resonated with me. I am eager to grow spiritually, serve the Lord, and contribute to the church’s mission.
